Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping Across India on all orders.
All product prices displayed on our website already include standard shipping and careful packaging costs.
No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

For custom stitching / made-to-order garments, processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the design and customization requirements.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms – Label by Hema
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders within India, subject to serviceability.
Order Confirmation
All COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.
Advance Payment for High-Value Orders
For orders above ₹3,500, a 35% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
Genuine Orders Only
We request customers to place COD orders with genuine intent. Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery may result in restriction of COD services for future purchases.
Shipping & COD Charges
Additional shipping or COD handling charges may apply, depending on the order and location.
Made-to-Order / Customized Products
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order items are not eligible for COD and require advance payment.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
All COD orders are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Right to Refuse Service
Label by Hema reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any COD order at its sole discretion.
