We take great care in designing, selecting, and delivering premium ethnic wear. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
Due to the delicate nature of ethnic wear, fabrics, and made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product received is incorrect (different from the order placed)
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Clear photos of the product

Description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product is eligible for exchange due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer:

Store Credit, or
-
An alternative product of similar value
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

Unused
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With original tags and packaging intact
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized / stitched garments

Altered products
-
Products purchased during sale, offer, or promotion

Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

Product is out of stock after order placement

Order is cancelled before dispatch
-
Product cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
For Cash on Delivery orders, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
COD orders will be processed only after order confirmation via WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received.
